Cleo Technical Support Service operates on a live call back basis. Once your information is verified, you will be transferred to an available technical support analyst. If no analyst is available, then you will be given an estimated wait time and verification that you will be available for a callback in that time frame.
Maintenance and Support agreements are available with Platinum 8x5 or Platinum Plus 24x7 coverage. For more information on the support and maintenance subscriptions, review the Agreement.
In addition to the Core Support Services, the Platinum Plus Level provides live pickup to our Technical Support Team with a quicker turnaround time of 2 hours. Platinum Plus level customers are provided with a toll free phone number to access standard support during normal business hours. Additionally, for 'Production Down' situations, we also provide access to afterhours support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our Technical Support Analysts will provide Platinum Plus customers with the highest level of support.
