Support during Cleo U. S. Holidays

During a Cleo observed U.S. holiday, Cleo Support will be available for production down issues only for our customers with Platinum or Titanium support level.  For customers with MCS, standard support is provided during the holiday. Cleo Support is only accessed via phone call to 815.282.7894 or 866.444.2536 on a holiday as E-mail and Web requests are not monitored.  

Customers with other Support Levels,  can submit a request via web or email during the holiday and it will be responded to on the first business day after the holiday.
